2 Brighter Days sponsors Music Fest


On July 25, 2009, 2 Brighter Days will co-host a Music Festival at St. Margaret Church.  For more details, see calendar below or download flyer St-M-Summer-Calendar-Flyer-I.pdf

2 Brighter Days drum instructor, Zimbabu, is scheduled to appear with his band ZIMPROV!  ZIMPROV is slated to open the festival with their performance at 1:15pm, so come early!  The other bands' scheduled to appear are JP Floyd & Friends (a youth Jazz band) and Karl Johnson.  There will also be a spoken word performance and dance contest.

Holiday Meal for Many


On December 20, 2008 at 8pm, 2 Brighter Days held a dance a thon fundraiser to raise money for the Holiday Meal for Many Program which will be held on December 23, 2008.

On December 23, 2008, 2 Brighter Days served holiday meals for needy families at the St. Margaret's Episcopal Church 2555 E. 73rd.

In Concert

Phoenix L. Hamilton, Artistic Director of 2 Brighter Days, performed at a benefit fundraiser concert for St. Barnabas Episcopal Church.  All proceeds from this concert went to Renk Medical Center in Renk, Sudan.  For more information, click link ; jazzinflight.com/phoenixzone.cfm
